I got an invitation for a live interview with the directors. We talked about 1 hour. The time went by very fast and the atmosphere was absolutely great. They just asked fair questions.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Proco Group (Vancouver, BC) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was very professional and proceeded at the pace I needed. They went through things in sufficient detail, without overdoing it. The process went like this: started with a phone screen with the internal recruiter, then face to face with the head of office, then an online profiling assessment task, followed by meeting with a few other team members, then back to head of office to discuss terms.

Question 1
Business development is a major part of any Consultant role at this business. They are a specialist recruiter which is growing rapidly in the North American market, so naturally there were a few questions around my business development experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Proco Group (London, England) in June 2014
Interview
Disconnected. No congruency. Unprofessional. Those are 3 words to describe the process. Zero communication between interviewers. Seemed like most were too busy and others didn't care. All they wanted to know was how money motivated I was and how much I billed in the past. One girl even spoke poorly about the company and said she was quitting. They didn't have good things to say when I asked about future and plans and culture. Really doesn't seem like anyone cares.
