The process started with a phone screen with the recruiter->followed by a portfolio review -> take home design challenge ->onsite.
Onsite interview involved a white boarding challenge(45 min) along the lines of a feature they were working on at the time. Portfolio review with a team member, then a conversation with a design manager.
The process was good, handled professionally and courteously.
The office was amazing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
re-take home design challenge: re-imagining the transport system.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Mar 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a company recruiter
1 - Call with HR Recruiter
2 - Call with HM
3 - White board exercise with 2 peers
4 - 1-1 call with senior team member
5 - Portfolio review with HM and peer
The interviews were fairly standard and the HR Recruiter was both helpful and responsive. In the end, I don't think the HM and I "clicked" and so I didn't get an offer.

Question 1
They really wanted to see examples of artifacts like workflow diagrams and journey maps.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
From the initial email from the recruiter to the final stages of the in person interview, I felt valued as a candidate. The provided information at each step of the process was helpful and support was there when needed.
