Incredible. Procore has their stuff together, to say the least. I was told about this company by friends of mine who work at the headquarters and decided to pursue an opportunity at the Austin office. The recruiter and coordinator were detailed, communicated well, extremely professional, and the Austin location has an incredible office space. Following my on-site interview, the VP of Global Sales took time out of his morning to interview me on the phone- they really care about their candidates! This seems to be a regular part of their process which I think speaks volumes about the culture of this company. Very enjoyable interview experience- I cannot wait to start!

First is an online assessment, then following that 3 in-person 45 minute long interviews. Overall, the process was okay but the feedback did not align to what I said during the interview, and one of the interviews repeatedly asked my age and said I 'looked young'...
