I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in July 2021
Interview
I went through a screener with a recruiter, a more in-depth screener with a department leader, then 3 back-to-back interviews with the team.
Everyone was great, honestly. I had a fantastic perception of the team and the organization. From the initial recruiter outreach on through.
The one thing I would change was the three back-to-back interviews into a panel. Maybe it's just me, but a panel interview would have given the interviewers the ability to piggyback and gain more insight into me and would have been less stressful than distinct meetings.

Honestly I don't remember- we just had some good conversations centered around program management and data.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Procore Technologies
Interview
I applied online. I received an email from a recruiter requesting time to chat for an initial screen. Initial phone screen went well and and I was immediately (same day) scheduled for a follow-up interview with a hiring manager later that week.
That interview seemingly went well as I was referred to as "Top Talent" and that I had "highly correlating skills for what they are looking for". I was told that I should be receiving an email from my recruiter scheduling the last round of panel style interviews.
When I finally received an email for my recruiter it was a generic rejection letter and was invited to apply for other positions. When asked for basic feedback about what was different from the signals and feedback from the interview with the hiring manager, I did not receive a response.
While I believe Procore may be a good organization to work for on paper (based on reviews), I am in the interview with some of the top tech companies and Procore's process could definitely use work in comparison.
In my professional experience situations like this happen when you already have candidate in mind and you need "qualified fluff" to say that it was a "fair"interview process.

Interview
Scheduled a phone interview followed by a follow-up phone interview with the supervisor for the role. The first phone call was general questions about background and experience. The second interview focused on personality and specific stories.
