Straightforward. Had a virtual interview with the manager it lasted about 45 mins. Wrapped up the interview by advising me that I would connect with the Director of Sales and than I never heard anything again. Received an automated email about a month later saying my application was not moving forward. I was glad not to proceed with a company that lacks communication.
