Phone interview, discussed the school, campus locations, mission of providing educational access to low income students. Enjoyed our conversation, it felt genuine, as if they really cared about their employees.

Excellent process — involved but helpful. Feedback given in sample lesson that’s useful, even if there’s no job offer at the end. I did a sample lesson from their curriculum, Wit and Wisdom for literacy, and got feedback, positive and constructive. Then re-did small portions. Friendly people.
