Interview
3 rounds essentially; 1st with HR; then senior sales leader 2x and done. The recurrent complaint you will read here and sentiment is that this company does not pay industry standards. They expect the world of you but they don't pay fair wages, esp if you consider the euro is much stronger right now vs the USD. Right now 1 euro = $1.18 USD. You'd think with a stronger euro you can afford to pay not only industry standards but better!
In addition senior sales leader lacks listening skills where you're trying to ask questions and just barrels through his pitch and unless you talk louder doesn't hear you.
Ich war mit einer Recruiterin per Mail in Kontakt und anschließend per Telefon. Das wurde als die 1. von 3 Runden bezeichnet. Die 2. Runde war ein persönliches Telefonat mit dem Abteilungsleiter, hier wurden ein paar technische und allgemeine Fragen gestellt. Runde 3 findet intern statt, und im Anschluss gab es Bescheid von der HR. Der Vertragsabschluss lief unkompliziert über ein Onlineformular. Kann mich nicht beschweren.

Interview
Interview process for the US team was quick and straightforward. I applied for the job listing on LinkedIn. Hiring manager responded promptly via email to setup a time to meet. 1st round interview (video call) with the hiring manager, 2nd round interview (video call) with team supervisor, and final 3rd interview in person at the Dayton OH office. Good mix of questions and discussion surrounding the topics of the telematics industry, company culture/structure, and personal goals to ensure a good fit. Entire process took a little less than 2 weeks.
