Profecia Links Consulting interview questions

The interview was good. They gave me an assignment after taking my interview. My selection was made on the bases of assignment. I was supposed to develop an android app within two days, which i did. Few things that i don't like in this company. 1. They didn't rollout my offer letter even after getting salary. 2. They paid me very less i,e; 2LPA, which i was not expecting. I was expecting at least 3.5LPA. 3. They don't have an H.R to recruit candidates. They just forward resumes to any senior developer and he/she then conducts interview.

It was 2 day process. On first day they took interview they told me to write programs like sorting , star pattern , duplicate ele ents in array. They asked me about basic Java. The interviewer which was there on the 1st day was very friendly and intelligent. The interviewer which was there on the 2nd day was not able to speak english and hindi also. The company was not looking professional. Few employees were laughing loudly while our interview was going on. No one was doing the work sincerely except few employees. No one was professional.
