Was approached by a recruiter for the position. The first interview went well with the department director. The 2nd interview was rushed. The person I interviewed was not briefed on who I was and decided to just scroll through my LinkedIn account.

Very unprofessional process. The job title changed in the middle of the interview process without them notifying me. I had to find out via LinkedIn. In the first interview, the hiring manager mentioned the previous person in this role "sucked at his job." In the final interview with the CRO, he straight up asked me what my salary was in my current role, which is illegal.

After asking for my salary expectation, they immediately asked what my current salary was (which is illegal to ask)
One call, 20 minutes. Asked combination of questions about myself and about my interest in the company. Was not very difficult. Held room for me to ask questions. Very relaxed and laid back.
