1st a quick call over Microsoft Teams to get to know one another and go through my experience. 2nd Interview to discuss a product and an analysis of the website and what improvements I could bring. After the interview going very well, the interviewer never bothered to let me know I was unsuccessful. I had to chase up for over 3 weeks with HR and the department manager for them to say they were having server issues and they would not provide feedback. I would highly recommend avoiding this company (especially with the salary being well below the national average).
