It was a very thorough interview process. My first conversation was a half an hour conversation with the recruiter. My second interview was an initial phone screen with the President. We spoke for approximately an hour and scheduled a face to face meeting that lasted approximately 2 hours. I felt they performed a very professional and focused interview.

My interview was very positive and reassuring. I never felt like I had to fight to prove myself to this company. They had read and we're satisfied by my resume, and treated me like they were confident I was right for them. Such a refreshing change from the norm!
