After initially applying to the opening, I was contacted by one of the members of HR and screened for next steps. We discussed the companies values and culture and what skills I would be able to bring to the table and what my compensation requirements were. I was then set up for a phone interview with the VP of HR. Our conversation was a little longer than thirty minutes and I was asked to come on-site for an in-person interview to meet the team. I was impressed with the office and everyone was very professional and friendly. Though I did not receive an offer, I was very pleased with my experience and will apply again in the future if a similar role opens up.
