Interview
The interview process consisted of an online assessment and 2 zoom interviews. The multiple choice assessment was straight forward to navigate.
My first zoom interview was with the CEO of the business, this was a relaxed style conversation about previous experience and future ambitions.
My second zoom was with my direct line manager and the CEO, this was very conversational and i was made to feel at ease throughout the process.

Interview
You must complete an online assessment that takes around an hour before your first interview. It is actually very interesting the report this assessment provides.
First stage was a zoom interview that took an hour, second stage was a face to face. Interview process was communicative and a great understanding of the style of collaboration Professional Training (UK) Limited provided for the team.
