Interview
I recently completed a single-round interview at a company, where I was assigned a task. Everything went smoothly and the team appreciated my work, and in the final round, the MD himself expressed confidence in my skills, assuring me I'd receive an offer in a few days.
Two weeks passed with barely any communication, and today HR informed me the role was given to someone willing to join at a lower salary. I had turned down another offer based on their assurance, and now I’m left without a job. An unfortunate consequence of a process that lacked transparency and professionalism!

Interview
Slow scheduling time but decision is made fast. I felt like the intervier was less experienced than me. Interview was just a formality, it never checked the core skills and capabilites, it was all about matching to the current workforce, more of like matching to some stupid benchmarks.
the interview was interesting, it started with a witty talk and went on with all the phases, it was smooth. The team lead who took my interview was friendly and professional at the same time
