Submission of resume and cover letter to the Executive Director; Received a call within 2 business days to come in for an interview; showed up to the scheduled appointment 10 minutes early and filled out an employment application including education and work history, salary history, qualifications, and references; Interviewed with Executive Director to review application and resume; Received a call later that day to schedule a second interview.
Second Interview: Traveled with a supervisor to meet clients working in the community; Interacted with them asking and answering questions; Returned to the office to meet more clients; Wrote a brief summary about what I observed.
