Very simple. I was contact for interview by phone and arranged a time and date. The interview was a short 20-30 minute affair with a good interviewer. Questions were sometimes run-of-the-mill journalism questions, sometimes they were tougher scenarios with a particular answer expected. This wasn't a bad thing though and I felt challenged.
