I applied online. I interviewed at Project Apex (Houston, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Business professional , very fast first interview. The second interview was a ride along, you got to see them set up their area in Walmart and creep down isles harassing people with "Can I ask you a quick question?", "Awe really, you're going to try and ignore me?"

Question 1
How would you describe the color yellow to someone who cannot see?

Interview
I was contacted late the day after I applied online; interview scheduled for the following day. Once you arrive, it's obvious this is a cattle-call type interview. There were several other people waiting for an interview at the same time as mine. The receptionist/HR rep was very friendly. The interview was conducted in an "office" with just a table and 2 chairs; no other decorations or other effects that would appear this office is used for any day to day operations. In fact, I didn't see any office furniture, equipment, etc. except some whiteboards on the wall and a stereo on the floor blasting top 40 music. At this point I was having a very negative impression of the company and what the position would entail; I felt duped. It seems this "outsourced marketing" position is, as others said, hustling people in retail stores minding their own business to buy something they aren't interested in. Nobody likes these people when they're out shopping. The interview was fast-paced at least, so you aren't there for very long. I was relieved to not receive a call-back for the second "interview."
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Project Apex (Houston, TX) in June 2016
Interview
very fun environment as soon as you walk in the building. greeted with warm smile and love once you get there, very friendly staff. just want to get to know what type of person you are and if you would be fit for the company. had to come back twice before actually getting the job, three stage interview process.
