Incompetent recruiter, no interview process. The recruiter lost my documents more than once, did not ask for a cover letter that was, according to the CEO "a real cover letter" and let me go ahead with the next stage. The CEO was not sure what the interview process was, and was unsure if she even wanted to hire a director of development. Both are white women who rely on their own networks for hires and have no idea how to have a fool-proof human resource processes that protect them from liability.
