We're a small, people-driven company, and finding the right fit for the team is one of our core values. We hold three rounds of interviews so we can get to know you, and just as importantly you can get to know the company, future teammates, and get a good idea of the overall company culture. We like to think that it helps to go beyond simply knowing what we do, and how we do it. And that way you can decide if we're the right fit for you too!
With multiple rounds of interviews, there can be some overlap in questions. We often ask for info and details about background and past roles, which we hope is an easy way to kick things off and get to know you a bit better. And while this role is in some ways entry-level, we're always hoping to find new team members who don't necessarily treat it as entry-level, and who can see themselves creating careers with our company.
