      Interview

The first round of interviews are a series of questions that you have to record a video of yourself answering them. There are mostly standard interview questions and a few specialized ones specific to the company

      Question 1

Standard interview questions and "where is somewhere you would travel to next that you've never been before?"

      Interview

Sent my CV online on Indeed. They asked me to complete a video interview online where you can record your responses as many times as you want. The second round of interviews was with two employees. They asked a range of situational questions and asked about my experience. They said that they would give me a couple of days to message back, however they never did. I followed up with the hiring manager to see what the next steps were, but she never got back to me. VERY unprofessional from a company where I had two rounds of interviews and I didn't hear anything from them, especially since I messaged the recruiter. I would think about applying for a job here unless you really would love to work in the travel industry. However, they were offering very low pay for long hours - which I assume would be tight to change. Do better and help those who are putting in the time and effort to apply for your job.

      Client Experience Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Project Expedition

      Interview

Three rounds of zoom interviewing for an entry-level remote CX role, totaling 2 hours over ~2 weeks. Lots of repeated questions as the interview panelists were never available at the same time. Ultimately, I never heard back from them despite making it to the "final round" with promises to follow up ASAP.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Aside from general customer service questions, the CEO asked me to go into great detail on my work experience from ten years ago, when I was fresh out of college and struggling to find work in a terrible economy. It felt pretty uncomfortable defending short gaps in my resume from a decade ago for an entry level role like this.

Thanks for the review! We genuinely appreciate feedback, which helps us to adapt and improve our company, including our interview process. We're a small, people-driven company, and finding the right fit for the team is one of our core values. We hold three rounds of interviews so we can get to know you, and just as importantly you can get to know the company, future teammates, and get a good idea of the overall company culture. We like to think that it helps to go beyond simply knowing what we do, and how we do it. And that way you can decide if we're the right fit for you too! With multiple rounds of interviews, there can be some overlap in questions. We often ask for info and details about background and past roles, which we hope is an easy way to kick things off and get to know you a bit better. And while this role is in some ways entry-level, we're always hoping to find new team members who don't necessarily treat it as entry-level, and who can see themselves creating careers with our company.
