I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Project Farma (Chicago, IL) in June 2018
Interview
Short/quick and straight to the point. interviewer was professional and didn't make the process difficult. Great questions. Great people. I also enjoyed how short the entire process was. Dont want to work here but quick and easy.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Project Farma (Virginia Beach, VA) in Apr 2025
Interview
First interview was chill it was more of explaining what the role entails. Just asked about your experience, interest, and explained the role and pay. It seemed more like an conversation than an interview, kind of like a weeding round.
Three stage interview process: Phone screen, video interview, then an in-person interview. The phone screen was done by an HR employee, then the video interview was with a branch engineer and the in-person was with the CEO and a lead engineer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What background do you have that would benefit you in this job?
The interview process was fairly easy with an initial HR phone call asking about backgrounds. They were very welcoming over the phone and easy to talk to.
Cons: the follow up process could have been better
