There was an interview, which was conducted over telephone. This was then followed by a writing test on one of many topics provided, wherein the writing skills, sentence structure and grammar was checked.

No Interview except for an online Essay test. Essay on the firm website and wait until they call you for the further process. All you need is enter an online form and follow the directions and then give an online test of one hr. with a countdown clock and essay from the choice of your subject.
