Prologic Acquisitions interview questions

1. Applied for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Upon arrival and mid-interview was informed that it's actually a Sales Role for Door Canvassing/Cold Calling for Charity Organisations that are contracted to them. Realistically, it was a Sales marketing ONLY Position. Online job boards such as REED advertised the position as "Trainee Recruitment Consultants" 2. Had to wait 1 hour before I was seen by any office representative. That too was possible after numerous queries in the office 3. Extremely unorganised people. Entered the office and saw, coats, bags, on the floor untidy files scattered in the corner 4. Promised a basic salary. During interview, it was informed that it is a comission only role. 5. Found out from current employees working there that their comissions/salaries are NEVER paid on time, some staff have been waiting months to receive their wages 6. Interview Room unclean 7. DO NOT TRY TO FIND WORK THERE. I INSTANTLY REJECTED THE PROPOSAL OF WORKING THERE.
