phone screen with HR, then video interview with hiring manager before on-site panel interview. No questions were surprises. Focused on a few ideas such as quality, customer focus, etc. Onsite interview was 4 sessions with 2 interviewers each session.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Promega (Madison, WI) in Sept 2022
Interview
Sort of long process. Took two weeks to hear back after application, then three interviews spread out over about 6 weeks. Got the offer the next day. Questions were fair and nothing took me by surprise. Interviewed by the whole team, some of whom hadn’t prepared questions, just wanted more of a conversation. Very casual setting.
