Promega Postdoctoral Fellow interview questions

After initial phone interview, required to take a 60 min Achiever assessment online prior to onsite interview. During the interview day onsite, delivered 60 min research seminar in the morning, met with several members of the team in groups and one-on-one to answer behavioral questions and speak casually about myself, my interests in the role and company, my future goals, and the job duties. At the end of the 5 hr interview day, met with the talent acquisition manager to discuss expectations of compensation should an offer be extended.
