I was supposed to have an initial call with Promise but 5 minutes into the supposed call, I received an email from the recruiter cancelling the call. I was sympathetic to this as things happen and asked if we should reschedule. I never received a response so I followed up a few days later to ask again, but was eventually ghosted. This company is supposedly mission driven, but this experience showed real disrespect of candidates' time.
