Interview
First I was interviewed on phone then face to face.It was clear in F2F with CEO that promisec lakes vision and future.It's kind of investments where they are constently looking for exit.
I suggestion on future applicant don't waste your time in such a con company.They have outsourced all there stuff and didn't innovate anything from last 5 years.
They publised salary around $100k but then I know I have wasted 2 days when they informed they can pay half of it afterwards.

Phone interview with CTO in HQ. In person interview with President and Executive VP in US. Phone interview with hiring manager. Typical questions. Very friendly.
