PromoCentric interview questions

No one met me at the entrance, lobby, anywhere at the time I was given. Just stood around awkwardly. No effort to see if anyone was there, everyone just doing their own thing. Had to basically call out to be noticed at my own interview. Sat around, had a tour and interview that explained nothing, and then was told that I wasn’t interviewing for the Designer position, they decided that I was a better fit for the Design Manager position. No. That’s not what I applied for. Don’t change the job/title/description on me at THE INTERVIEW. Unprofessionally unprepared. Clearly a company that just shuffles thru one group of temporary employees to the next without a real goal of retention and growth (despite what the very transparent and personable Julie said over the phone on the initial call said). Left feeling depressed and somewhat lied to at the “just another brick in the wall” feel I got from this place.
