Proofpoint Service Delivery, Archiving interview questions

The interview process was challenging, but rewarding. The people I interviewed with were mostly senior management. Each one was unique and each person probed in different areas (skills, knowledge, personality, conflict resolution, etc). I don't know if this was orchestrated, or just came about naturally, but the experience overall left me feeling like the company cared a great deal about finding the right person for the job. It also gave me the opportunity to get to know some of them quite well in a short period of time. It was definitely intense, but I felt very good about my decision to take the job after it was all done. I should note that the duration was a little extended, but was due in part to the timing (end of year, busy for everyone) as well as some personal matters on my part.
