I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Propane (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process moved forward very well. I got the final offer but they rescinded the offer one day after I promised I would sign the offer without any reason. They didn't reply to my email or answer my phone call. They don't worth other people's trust or even respect candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Propane (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was initially contacted through Angellist to set a time for an initial call. My first call was with the CEO which went great. After an additional follow up call I had a face to face with some of the key team members and had an assignment to present my thoughts on BD approaches that would help close with a prospective client in front of leadership. I had 2 more interviews after that and then was presented the offer of employment. The over all process took 3 weeks.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Propane (San Francisco, CA) in June 2013
Interview
First-round was a phone screening with standard interview questions. Second-round was a brunch social with speed-dating style interviews with a panel of representatives from each department. There were 5 representatives (including the CEO) from the Strategy, Marketing, and Creative departments respectively. Most of the interviewers asked basic questions about the candidate, and seemed to be looking more for fit. The CEO & Strategy department representative , however, focused more on position-specific questions.
