My experience with Property Pistol was strange, to say the least. Despite being based in Dubai, the company operates with a very Indian-centric approach, which feels out of place in the Dubai market. They tend to hire people with the promise of a salary but don’t offer commissions. Essentially, they take advantage of Indian expats eager for opportunities in Dubai.
One major red flag for me was the lack of a dedicated marketing team—it's all about making calls, all day long. During my interview process, I encountered a particularly aggressive interviewer. He tried to bully me, but within the first 10 minutes, I knew this environment wasn’t right for me, so I decided to walk away.
They initially reached out to me for a Sales Manager role, but when I showed up for the interview, they suddenly downgraded the position. It felt unprofessional and deceptive. Based on my experience and instinct, which usually serves me well in spotting toxic workplaces, I wouldn’t recommend Property Pistol to others. It just didn’t seem like a place with integrity or growth potential.
