1. Portfolio Review and Creative Discussion: In the first round, the interviewer evaluates your design portfolio to understand your creative range, style, and thought process. You’ll be asked to explain the concept, objectives, and challenges behind selected projects. They’ll assess your ability to communicate ideas clearly, justify design choices (colors, typography, layout), and align visuals with brand goals. 2. Practical Design Task or Live Brief: The second round tests your hands-on design skills. You may be given a real or hypothetical brief — such as creating a social media post, poster, or branding concept — within a set time. This round focuses on your creativity under pressure, technical proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), problem-solving approach, and how well you interpret brand guidelines or client needs. 3. Final HR/Managerial Round (Fit, Goals, and Communication): In the final round, HR or the design lead assesses your professional attitude, teamwork, time management, and long-term goals.
