Prosci interview questions

I wish every interview process could be as smooth as this one. Prosci really gets it - doesn't put you through a long interview process, there weren't silly questions trying to get me to trip up on my words, it all felt so personable, and that's how an interview process should be. Each interview I had left me with the impression that this was more of a conversation than an interrogation, and that everyone was genuinely excited to talk to me. They were also refreshingly honest about what was working within the company and what wasn't. Loved the entire process. Oh, and my recruiter was an absolute gem. Always responded quickly to any questions and was truly a wonderful person to kick off and conclude the process with.
