Applied online through AngelList. One phone screen with HR, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager + junior PM + software engineer. Then another in-person interview with the co-founder. Overall you will have to visit the office twice, although this could change as they are still figuring out their process. Everyone I met was beyond nice and very passionate/enthusiastic about the company and the brand. Really enjoyed meeting with everyone. Did not get the offer, but it was ok, because I think they are trying to find their exact fit personality & skills wise. It is a very small product team (2 people as of right now, 3 including the co-founder) and I'm sure they are looking for someone who would fit their dynamic. Beautiful office located in the middle of SoHo, although very very tiny (bathroom is not in the office, but in the shared walking area). They are growing super fast though! Every interview I had was very conversational. Nothing to sweat, just be yourself, because I think that is what they're really looking for.
