My interview process with Prosource was thorough...in a good way! The process included several interviews; an insights assessment on my strengths, weaknesses, and working style; and a follow-up meeting to discuss the results of the assessment. Throughout the process, I was given ample opportunity to ask questions about the company and explore how the role aligned with my goals. I was pleasantly surprised by how personable the entire experience was. Interviews can sometimes seem formulaic or cookie-cutter, but this process was tailored both to the role I was interviewing for and to my needs as a candidate. I felt like the hiring manager and others I met along the way were engaged and invested in the process and in getting to know me.
