The corporate office sent a text, same day application was sent, to set up a pre-qualification call. The call covered generic questions on qualifications, focusing mainly on 2020 Software proficiency and previous employment experience and knowledge, specifically cabinetry.
Very awesome team, they called for a phone interview, requested drawings and perspectives. Had a follow up interview after that with a K&B specialist. A third phone interview with a regional director.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prosource Wholesale (Wyoming, MI) in June 2017
Interview
The interview process was very easy. I was in a conference room with the franchise owner and the sales manager, and they just had a conversation with me about my experience. I felt that they were truly interested in what I knew and how I would be a benefit to their company, and appreciated that the questions weren't "structured" or rehearsed.
