Prospect Hill Academy Charter School interview questions

This was during the pandemic phase, I applied to the position and heard back quickly within the next 2 days from a coordinator setting up a meeting. I was also asked to send a couple of examples of student work from previous experiences. Once the interview came it was quite laid back and AUTHENTIC. I was interviewed by the AP and the department coordinator, who were really intrigued by getting to know me as a person, and not just employee which was refreshing. It did not seem like they were just looking to check off standard boxes, but were truly trying to get to know me.
