Phone screen and one in-person interview. A kind team, and the interview was unique as half of it took place while touring the facilities. Overall, I appreciated the seamless interview process.

The interview process went well, and I was excited when they extended an offer. However, after I accepted, I asked a minor follow-up question that would not have caused any inconvenience for them—something the HR even confirmed by saying, 'it should not be an issue,' and promised to get back to me. Instead of receiving a response, I was informed via email at the end of the day that they had decided to rescind the offer, citing the return of a former employee. Upon checking LinkedIn, I found this was not the case. If the HR or the company cannot handle such a simple inquiry, it speaks volumes about their professionalism, especially when they claim to uphold principles of honesty and transparency.
