There were two rounds of campus placement. Round 1 - Group Discussion In GD they gave a topic and preparation time of 5 minutes. They select based on communication skills and public speaking. Round 2 - Personal Interview In this round they asked about skills, projects, idea on company and at last they offered me a bond of 3 years.
