This place went from a dream come true, to a nightmare. Went back and forth with the hiring manager for a week after applying which ultimately resulted in an offer of employment. Had a phone interview, video interview and finally, an in-person interview in that span of time. Everything went fantastic. I had another offer on the table but wanted to see how this one went; and when I received an offer here during my in-person interview, I turned the other one down and happily accepted this one because it was perfect for me. However, the very next day, I got a message from the hiring manager saying they suddenly decided to close the position and go in a different direction. Saying I'm "great" but suddenly not what they're looking for. Indeed, the job was closed and re-posted under a different title with different responsibilities (and go figure, it fits me even better now!). So after receiving an offer it was pulled from beneath my feet and I can't get a response from them now (you bet I applied for the new posting) even though I'm even better qualified for the new posting than the other one. And this after a week of going back and forth and things had gone so well. To say it has been devastating after costing my other offer as well, is putting it very lightly. Why now..? Was I scammed? It's just not right. Now back to square one after being laid off for 10 months. I should have accepted the other offer. Keep other options open if you apply here. It's too good to be true and you'll be left in the cold.
