It was pretty straight forward, consisted of behavioral questions followed by case questions, which they gave you a day to prep for. So 2 interviews back to back, through virtual.

Question 1
What do you think can be approved in this process?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Gainesville, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Met a recruiter at a mixer that was organized by my student group the evening before the career showcase. Spoke with her at length about Protiviti and careers there. Met her again at the career showcase the next day and had a more formal discussion. Received an email about 8 weeks later notifying me that I had been accepted for the Summer Leadership Conference.
