      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Protiviti (Washington, DC) in May 2019

      Interview

The interview process was extremely personable. The interviews were very conversational and comfortable. The company really just wants to see your thought process and personality. Recruiters are very timely in their responses to questions and concerns. Overall great process!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Please describe a time where you had to work on a difficult team. How did you get through it? What did you learn?

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Protiviti (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2020

      Interview

First talked to a recruiter at my college's career fair. Fairly good conversation and then I applied on handshake and internally. The first and only formal round of interviews was a case study followed by a behavioral interview, each about half an hour long. They send you the case study a day before hand, but most of the information is given the time of the interview.

      Question 1

What was a time you struggled in a project and how did you get through it?

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Austin, TX) in Mar 2018

      Interview

The interview was mainly behavioral, with a flowchart. Since Protiviti's main revenue driver is audit, they want you to think with a risk-based approach. They want you to identify areas of risk, and ways you can think of to mitigate such risk.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Where are areas of improvement in the flowchart?
