The interview process consisted of about 5 rounds, each designed to assess your technical skills, personality fit, and past experience. While the process itself is somewhat long, the amount of feedback, the transparency about upcoming rounds, and the openness (all thanks to my recruiter Jita!) to discuss about the different aspects of the company more than substantially make up for it. In addition to that, all the interviewers were super nice and easy to talk to, making each round really engaging and interesting. The two rounds that stood out the most to me were the technical round and the cultural round. For the technical round, you are given a take home project, which you have around a week to complete. The description, alongside the instructions of the project were clear, and any doubts that you have are quickly answered. In the interview itself, you explain your thought process and go through your code with the interviewers, where they ask you questions along the way. In the cultural round, you meet with two people from the company and get to know each other. It is very low pressure, and didn't even feel like an interview at all.
