Online semi-group interview. Everyone joins online via teams for the assessment and then candidates break off into 1-on-1 cases or small groups for interviews and discussions. You are expected to deliver a quick case study with slide deck as part of the interview process

Interview
One on one interview was polite and interesting. Part of a whole group of interviewees that did a case study, Two on one interviews were difficult and confrontational. Group of interviewees working together while being observed was weird.
