What was the most challenging problem that you faced in your last job
Had s coding test ..then karat live coding and discuss.
i would say dont waste your time here. After perfectly coding also they will simply mail sorry.
I scored 89% in coding test and the 2 task in live were also done under 30min with correct output.
still they came up with skill wasn't good enough.

Interview
Applied via Linkedin Jobs and got the invite for Codility Test.
After passing the test, I could schedule a google-meet interview with HR. However, it was cancelled (sickleave or whatever) and rescheduled in another week.
Finally, during the short google meeting, I did not persuade the interviewer that even I had a "manager" title it does not mean that I am not a hands-on data (python and sql) engineer. I got rejection email pretty soon after that.
