How would you improve the way that we collaborate?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Proximity (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
I applied on their website and within a few days received an email from an HR rep to setup a phone interview. They asked for open times during the next week for a call - I replied within two hours of getting their email. I never heard back from the HR rep so I reached out to follow up in a week and still never heard back. Even if I heard back, it left quite a bad impression.
The job posting is still on their website too.
