I applied online. I interviewed at Proximity Learning in June 2024
Interview
I had to answer questions about my teaching experience and license and create a short 10 minute demo lesson to present in my content area all in the same video call.

Interview
Run, don't do it, this online teaching company will completely waste your time from a lengthy application process, to requiring technology just to hold an interview over Meet, to multiple system generated emails They Are not worth even applying as they treat you like a child, even though I question if any ONE OF THEM have ever been in a classroom!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Multiple questions with lengthy written answers supplied to no avail as 5 minutes late subjected to a brass and unprofessional blow off while not responding to emails and listing no contact info (to inform I was late) So Fustrating I ever spend over 2 hours and purchased technology to make a simple Meet call happen. Every other service supplied me with a simple zoom link, an outline of what the call would encompass and completed in 30 minutes (while this was scheduled for 45) with no context, again after a lengthy online application process. They can get out from under their own system and people are rude and condescending.

Interview
Friendly interviewer. Gave a good rundown of the company. HR has been very responsive so far. The interview lasted around 15 to 20 minutes. Hopefully the job is as good as the interview.
