In our structured recruitment process, we believe that it is essential for the candidate to have the opportunity to demonstrate the extent of her/his abilities other than during a normal interview.
We therefore ask each candidate to be given the opportunity to perform a unique technical assignment at the penultimate stage of our procedure.
