Interview
Call from recruiter then took a long time to get update either through email and telephone. Interview with XX Director for APAC, easy interview then long waiting for update. Interview with CEO, HR Director and reporting manager, seems nice and easy but then another long update. Asked to do psychological, logical and numeration test, then again another long update. Finally got called but offer was not as mentioned in the previous information. Expect a very skillful person but not sure about offering. Very much disappointed with them. Overall took about 4 months for the process.

Standard previous and current experience, what to do when facing difficulties, how to manage situation.
I had a positive interview experience and the team seemed professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, I was later ghosted and received no reply to my follow-up email. Disappointing communication despite a good initial impression.
It was a standard interview process with standard questions. Instead of telling me they were not moving forward with my application, they ghosted me and did not respond to my follow up.
