The interview process was very simple. The recruiter reached out to me to find out if I was interested in working for one of their clients as a consultant. They worked with me to submit my resume, I interviewed and started within a couple of weeks. Very easy process!

Why would you consider taking on a position that is lower than what you are use to performing especially since you have been a Director for the past few years?

Hiring process was a nightmare. Lengthy, inaccurate information of the job position. A 2 month process. CEO sold me on how great the company and industry was but both turned out to be false. To use their own words "you'll be selling ice to Eskimos."
