I interviewed with one of the site supervisor for the 3 different locations for the Targeted Case Manager position. She asked me a couple questions about my past experiences working with the mental ill population. I provided her with some of my past job duties and the population’s needs and services they received.

- tell me of some leadership position you held in the past?
- what was a difficult situation that you were about to over come in the past?
They tell you the good and the bad about the job before starting. Very honest. No surprises. They explain about the driving and documentation. Also, an employee in the field explains their experience as well.

The interview was conducted by all the department heads in a group format. First you sit in a room and complete a scenario on paper. The interviewers then enter and ask you to go over your answer and ask questions about your experience
